Chief Solutions Officer
Matrix Financial Solutions
John Moody is the Chief Solutions Officer of Matrix Financial Solutions, a Broadridge Financial Solutions company. Mr. Moody also currently serves on the board of CiKR (Council of Independent 401(k) Recordkeepers) helping to shape the retirement industry’s key initiatives. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of SPARK, a leading voice in Washington for the retirement plan services industry and has been named to 401(k) Wire’s Most Influential list, as a recognized leader in the financial services and 401(k) industry.
Mr. Moody is a pioneer in the “open architecture” movement that is now sweeping the 401(k) industry, in which plan sponsors are now able to offer funds from hundreds of providers. Seeing the need for more flexibility and an early adaptor of fee disclosure, Moody’s vision has made Matrix a favorite among independent TPAs/Record Keepers and major wirehouses and broker/dealer firms looking to get ahead of the regulatory push.
Mr. Moody received a B.B.A. in Economics from the University of Iowa and holds the following designations: Series 7, 24, and 66.
